Using Milk and Gram Flour
Procedure: Take 2 spoons of Gram Flour in a small bowl and add about 3 spoons of raw or homogenized milk. Always use this paste for washing your face instead of any soap. If in a hurry, rub the paste and wash but if time permits leave it applied on the face for about 15 min before washing your face.
Benefits:
This mixture will improve complexion and make your skin
feel very smooth. In cold weather, when the hands get so dry and wrinkled, this mixture will really help prevent the wrinkly look of the hands. If available, add a pinch of sandalwood powder also to the application for good aroma.

Using Almond and Milk
Procedure: Take 6-8 pieces of almonds. Add about 2 tablespoons of water and heat for 30 seconds in microwave. Set aside for about 8 hours. After that time period, peal the skin off the almonds and discard the skin. Add about 4 teaspoons milk and grind this into a smooth paste using either a small blender or mortar and pestle. Apply this almond milk preparation on your face gently. If it does not bother you, it is best to leave it applied overnight and then wash your face with cold water in the morning. But if it does not feel right to sleep with the mask on the face, then apply it in the evening for atleast 2-3 hours and then wash before going to bed.
Application of this mask is recommended every day. You can use more quantity of the ingredients and make paste enough for 4-5 days and keep it in refrigerator. When ready to apply, just add a little milk if it becomes too dry in the refrigerator.
Benefits: This is the best application for improving the complexion. You will notice a significant difference after about 2 weeks of every day treatment using this method. Almond milk combination is extremely beneficial for improving complexion and for the look and feel of the skin. Please do not use soap for washing your face, else the benefits of the application will be lost. Wash your face using the paste described under Using Milk and Gram flour for best results.
