Anytime is the best time for the exercises given on our site. They can be done in the morning, evening, afternoon, or any time of the day and the results will be the same. The only thing to remember is, not to exercise immediately after meals. If the stomach is too full, the body will not be able to take full advantage of the exercise benefits.
While many people would say, exercises should be done in the morning, let us be realistic. In our daily life, how many of us have the time to spare 30-45 minutes in the morning? Getting the kids ready for school, packing lunches, getting ready ourselves, it is a race against time to make the kids reach school in time and we reach our work place at a decent hour. In fact, I myself most of the time exercise in the evening while watching my favorite shows. It helps me fall asleep immediately and get a good nights' sleep.
If you cannot do 30-45 minutes in one slot, it is fine to do them in parts at different times in 15 minute slots.
