Firm and Strong Abs by Dummy Cycling
Cycling for firming abs and flattening belly
- (a) Lay down on your back. Arms straight by the sides and legs stretched out straight and touching each other.
- (b) Pretend you are now going to ride your bicycle.
- (c) Start cycling with your Left leg making sure the leg bends completely at the knee and then straightens
out. Next, your Right leg bends at the knee completely and then straightens out. Back to Left and so on.
- (d) Continue cycling for at least a minute (more if you can).
- (e) When you are unable to cycle any further, let your feet rest on the ground as in position (a). Repeat the sequence (a) – (d)
NOTE: Breathe normally.
