Hop and Jump - WARM UP Ideas
WARM - UP: Hop and Jump
- (a) Feet together, arms by the sides straight down.
- (b) Hop to feet apart at a convenient distance and hands stretched out straight to your left and right respectively.
- (c) Hop to feet together, arms straight up. If they are touching the ears, it means they are straight up.
- (d) Hop to feet apart at a convenient distance and hands
stretched out straight.
- (e) Hop to feet together, arms by the sides straight down.
- (f) Go to step (a) and repeat the sequence (a) – (e).
- (g) Do this sequence of steps at brisk pace for 2 min.
