WARM-UP EXERCISES
WARM UP: Waistline Circle
- (a) Stand with feet at a comfortable distance apart and fingers stretched comfortably and resting on the sides of the waist.
- (b) Move the waist slowly making clockwise circle. Repeat 10 times.
- (c) Now move the waist slowly in opposite direction making counter-clockwise circle. Repeat 10 times.
NOTE: This exercise works great in alleviating back pain.
