Eye Exercise 1
- (a) Start by looking straight and blinking 3 times.
- (b) Look as far straight horizontally to your left as far as possible.
- (c) Look straight.
- (d) Now look as far straight horizontally to your right as far as possible.
- (e) Look straight.
- (f) Repeat sequence (a) - (e) 5 times.
- (f) Proceed to Eye exercise 2.
