- (a) Start by looking straight and blinking 3 times.
- (b) Look as far straight vertically up as far as possible.
- (c) Look straight.
- (d) Now look as far straight vertically down as far as possible.
- (e) Look straight.
- (f) Repeat sequence (a), (b), (c), (d) 5 times.
- (g) Proceed to Eye exercise 3.
