Eye Exercise 3
- (a) Start by looking straight and blinking 3 times.
- (b) Move your pupils in clockwise circle slowly.
- (c) Continue in this direction for 5 times.
- (d) Move your pupils in anti-clockwise circle slowly.
- (e) Continue in this direction for 5 times.
- (f) Proceed to Eye exercise 4.
