Strong, well shaped legs and Slim Waistline
How to shape your legs and trim your waistline:
- (a) Lay down straight on the floor with the palms of your hands touching the floor and the arms touching the thighs.
- (b) Your Left and Right legs should be touching at the knees, Left and Right heel touching and the big toes touching.
- (c) While inhaling, lift both legs simultaneously up (while still touching each other) to a height of about 18 inches or a feet and a half.
- (d) Hold your breath for as long as you can and stay in this position for as long as you can.
- (e) When you feel, you cannot hold your breath any longer; very
slowly bring down your feet back to the ground as in (a).
- (f) Now, let your body relax for a few seconds and then repeat (a) - (e). Repeat the set five times.
NOTE: Best benefits of this exercise are realized when done empty stomach.
With practice, you should be able to increase the time for which you can hold your breath.
