Neck Exercise 1
- (a) Try to bend your neck the least and touch the chin just under the neck. Stay in this position for a count of 5.
- (b) Raise it back so you are looking straight and the neck is in its normal straight position.
- (c) Now, bend your neck as far behind as you can (you would most probably be looking up when farthest bent).
Stay in this position for a count of 5.
- (d) Bring it back to straight normal position.
- (e) Repeat this sequence of steps (a) – (d) at least 5 times.
- (f) Proceed to Neck exercise 2.
