Neck Exercise 2
- (a) Bend your neck to the Left as far as you can. Stay in this position for a count of 5.
- (b) Bring it to normal position.
- (c) Now, bend your neck to the Right as far as you can. Stay in this position for a count of 5.
- (d) Bring it back to normal position.
- (e) Repeat this sequence of steps (a) – (d) at least 5 times.
- (f) Proceed to Neck exercise 3.
