Neck Exercise 3
- (a) Tilt your neck to the Left side as far as you can and try to touch your ear to the shoulder. Stay in this position for a count of 5.
- (b) Bring it to normal position.
- (c) Now, Tilt your neck to the Right as far as you can and try to touch your ear to the shoulder. Stay in this position for a count of 5.
- (d) Bring it back to normal position.
- (e) Repeat this sequence of steps (a) – (d) at least 5 times.
- (f) Proceed to Neck exercise 4.
NOTE: Tilt your neck as much as you can, do not worry if you cannot touch the ear to the shoulder. That is more to give you an idea as to what direction and position we are aiming for.
