Neck Exercise 4
- (a) Rotate your neck first 5 times clockwise making a circle.
- (b) Then rotate 5 times counter clockwise making a circle.
NOTE: If this makes you dizzy, do just 2 or 3 times instead of 5. Take a break and then do again.
