Get Rid of Laughing and Aging Lines on the Face
This easy exercise can be done conveniently at any time while working on the computer, watching TV, reading, driving, etc. I have made it a habit to do this exercise while driving and while working on the computer.
- (a) Bloat your mouth full of air, keep it closed and hold the cheeks bloated.
- (b) Keep breathing normally.
- (c) Try to do this for a total of 10 min in a day.
You will soon notice the laughing lines will start to fade away.

other parts like described on the pages, your face muscles get exercised and the face will start looking younger with regular practice of these exercises.
