Check yourself out in the mirror. Stand in the posture that you would walk in or just as you normally would stand. Look at the outer edges of your shoulders. Are they sort of curved?

We do not realize but many people in their normal standing position have the shoulders droopy and the back sort of curved outwards. This is not a good posture.
