Shoulder Torso Toner Exercise 2
Here is how to tone Your Shoulders and Posture
- (a) Stand with feet slightly apart and the heels slightly pointing towards each other while the toes point out away from each other.
- (b) Arms straight down with fingers naturally spread.
- (c) Now, raise both your Left and Right shoulders and start moving them up, back, down, front so as to go about in circles together.
- (d) As you move your shoulders, your arms will be moving in
circles too touching your upper leg on the sides.
- (e) Repeat these circles for 1 min.
- (f) Proceed to Shoulder Exercise 2.
