Shoulder Torso Toner Exercise 2
Here is how to tone Your Shoulders and Posture
- (a) Stand with feet slightly apart and the heels slightly pointing towards each other while the toes point out away from each other.
- (a) Stand with feet slightly apart and the heels slightly pointing towards each other while the toes point out away from each other.
- (b) Take both your hands behind you, keep them straight and interlock the fingers behind you.
- (c) Your interlocked fingers knuckles will be pointing down and the arms should be straight and stretched.
- (d) Move your locked arms up as much as you can and try to
make them horizontal to the floor.
- (e) Then move the arms back down to the position in step (c).
- (f) Repeat this sequence 20 times.
- (g) Proceed to Shoulder Exercise 3.
