Feels so good to Stretch Spine and Add flexibility at Waist
- (a) Sit on the floor or carpet with legs straight in front of you touching each other.
- (b) Your heel and big toes should be touching.
- (c) Bring your both hands simultaneously up with the palms facing towards front and the arms should be touching the ears.
- (d) Now, while exhaling and sucking in your tummy, slowly
bring both hands down such that with your Left hand you hold your Left toe and with your Right hand you hold your Right toe.
- Go back to position (a) and repeat (a) - (d) 10 times.
NOTE: If you have not been exercising in some form, your body is not going to be flexible enough to do this in the first attempt. So if you cannot reach your toes to hold them, do not give up. Try to just stretch and reach as far you can. Also, if you cannot bend enough bend as much as you can. With regular exercise, you will progress every day and in a few days you will be able to do it exactly as described.
