Get Rid of Cellulite, Slim Trim Thighs & Hips

Below are the general tips for cellulite reduction and removal. These are in addition to our main strategy described on our cellulite removal page.
- Be active throughout the day. Do not sink into the chair or couch for hours. Get up every few minutes, give yourself a good stretch, walk around.
- At night, sleep on a very hard surface. The soft mattresses make body contours even worse.
- Swimming is very good to achieve perfect legs, thighs and hips. Backstroke is the best for thigh toning and reducing the middle circle. All strokes are good for legs and hip toning.
- Cycling is also a good sport for shaving off the cellulite. Just recreational cycling won't work though. You have to slowly ramp up to significant miles of
cycling every day to achieve your goal of slimmer and trimmer thighs and hips.
- If you do not have regular access to the pool or the weather conditions are inappropriate for swimming/cycling, the only thing I can say is that our exercise routine can be done at home while watching TV.
- Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and fat free dairy products.
- Maintain a positive attitude in life. Negativity and stress spoil the body dimensions by aiding in fat deposits.
