Express Yourself
If you let all that turmoil build up in your heart and mind, it will explode one day like a volcano and you and the others will burn with it in some way or the other. So a better practice is to talk about the things that are not to your satisfaction. For example, if you just got assigned a task at your work place that you feel falls into someone else's territory, if you are walking back into your office thinking "OK that's it, I am going to start
looking for a change and quit the day I get something of my liking". In this situation, look at what you are putting yourself into. You still have to do what you were assigned to, you are not in the right frame of your mind so you cannot think and focus on the task, you are pretending to still make a small conversation when you see your manager although on the inside you are saying to yourself "What do you know, I will be bringing my resignation letter very soon". Instead of triggering this whole series of unfriendly chain events, how about request a meeting with your
manager and express yourself. Don't let it build up in you, waiting for the day and opportunity to get back to the person. Trust me; you do not want to carry the extra load!
