Live Every Moment of Life
"You cannot change the past but you can ruin a perfectly good present by worrying about the future", read the quote once again and see how well meant the person who said this. There is no point in brooding over your past. There is no point in blaming your present on your past. And it is not advisable to worry as to what will happen to you after 10-20 years or when you retire or when your kids go to college. We should plan for
our future but worry free.
The truth is that the past is just a memory and the future is our imagination. Only the present is real. So, live every day for that day without paying undue attention to yesterday and tomorrow. My advice, do the things you wish to do within limits, entertain yourself, take time off for little trips and vacations, pamper yourself with that manicure or pedicure you have been dreaming about, treat yourself to that special dessert or movie, etc. Remember though excess of everything is bad. You get the idea, in simple words, do what you feel like doing for what you wish today, the wish might not be there tomorrow and then you might say "I wish I had done that when I felt like it".
We should be at peace in the present. Live today as if there is no tomorrow. Live now, this moment and every moment.
it would be if we end up saying something that we did not really mean but still said because rage overshadowed sanity at the moment. We do not want our words or deeds to come back and haunt us.
So let us analyze ourself and see what we can do to control our anger.
